Page 2 of 2 NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Regional Procurement Office East, Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to ScriptPro USA, Inc 5828 Reeds Road, Mission, KS 66202-2740. The period of performance for contract award will be from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027 with two (2) option years. This requirement is to provide a service maintenance agreement for the ScriptPro Space Combo Robotic Prescription Dispensing System for Albany, Bath, Buffalo, Batavia, Canandaigua, Rochester and Syracuse VA Medical Centers in New York. All work shall be performed by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) due to patents and copyright associated with the ScriptPro product line. ScriptPro USA, Inc is the only known provider since the equipment is proprietary and maintenance therefore only be provided by ScriptPro USA, Inc . THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by June 12, 2026 10:00 a.m. (ET). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to Kimberly.wiatrowski@va.gov. Telephone requests or inquires will not be accepted.
