Description
The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a sole-source procurement action for the procurement of the following items: CLIN 0001 � Austere Off Road Driver Training and Recovery course (05 -11 Nov 2025) IAW PWS � Qty: 1 EA *This requirement does not yet have funds. Award of a contract is dependent on receiving funding* Cameron Advanced Mobility is the only vendor within the specified radius that has the ability to execute within the required time frame (05 Nov-11 Nov) and has direct access to the required NSTV platforms and possesses the infrastructure necessary to support integrated vehicle-based weapons employment, terrain replication, and instructor-led training aligned with CSAR mission parameters. Their facility offers immediate availability of Toyota Land Cruiser and Toyota Hilux, certified instructors with operational experience, and a training environment that meets the environmental and tactical specifications prescribed in the 48 RQS Mission Analysis MFR & IAW the PWS. Thus, Cameron Advanced Mobility has been determined to be the only known source capable of providing the pre-deployment Austere Off Road Driver Training. This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source procurement action under NAICS 611692 and is not a request for competitive proposals. Parties who wish to challenge this sole source action must submit an interest letter that demonstrates the firm�s ability to fulfill the requirement. Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested parties must respond no later than Thursday, 23 October 2025 at 12:00pm Eastern Time to Contracting Specialist Jonathan Turk at email: jonathan.turk@us.af.mil or phone (520)228-5405. Responses received will be reviewed in detail; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Information received will be reviewed solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement or not. The 355th Contracting Office will not reimburse parties for any costs connected with providing capability information.
