Description
Request for Quote (RFQ) The Tennessee Army National Guard (TNARNG) Purchasing and Contracting Office for United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) TN located at 3041 Sidco Drive, Nashville, TN 37204 is issuing an RFQ for commercial single award contract in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 333924 Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing. This documentation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective date 03/13/2026. The Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed Price contract. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. Quotes are due in this office no later than Tuesday, 26 May 2026 at 10:00 AM Central Daylight Time. Vendors must submit quotes on time. SUBMISSION OF QUOTE REQUIREMENTS: � To be eligible for contract award, vendors must submit quotes on time. � A firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. For instructions on registering with SAM, please see the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov/ � Submission of quotes are through email only. Please email your quote to sinamar.b.benauro.civ@army.mil and teresa.a.baxter.civ@army.mil � When submitting a quote, vendor must include in their quote the following information: - Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), - Tax identification number, - CAGE code number, - POC information. All charges must be all inclusive. Please refer to 52.212-2 Evaluation�Commercial Products and Commercial Services for more information regarding evaluation of quotes. Questions are due on Wednesday, 20 May 2026 at 10:00 AM CST.
