Description

The United States Embassy in Tegucigalpa is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified vendors capable of providing event venue, food and beverage catering, decorations, audiovisual support, staffing, and related services in support of the Embassy�s 2026 Independence Day Celebration. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Embassy of Tegucigalpa will launch the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website when it is available. Please see the RFP for the proposals due date and time. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please submit your offer to tgubids@state.gov prior to the response date and time in the solicitation. If you prefer to mail, please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time in the solicitation. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
