CONTRACTORS SHALL COMPLETE BOXES 8 AND 15 OF THE SF30 FORAMENDMENTS 0001 AND 0002 AND INCLUDE WITH THEIR FINAL QUOTATION SUBMISSION. THE GOVERNMENT WILL ONLY ACCEPT THE VENDORS FINAL QUOTATION SUBMISSION RECEIVED BY RFQ CLOSING DATE.
