Description

Modification No. 2 - This modification is being issued to attach the Q&A document and extend the response due date to May 19th at 5pm EDT for this requirement. Replace LOMVC Roof at Point Park Visitor Center for NPS, Chickamauga/Chattanooga National Military Park. This is a solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12, FAC 2005-87 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested and the resultant contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. This is a small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19. The National Park Service, Contracting Operations (ConOps) East, has a requirement to Replace LOMVC Roof at Point Park Visitor Center for NPS, Chickamauga/Chattanooga National Military Park in Fort Oglethorpe, GA. This procurement will be 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 238160 - Roofing Contractors. The small business standard is $16,500,000.00. Product Service code: R499: Support - Professional: Other. All interested offers MUST have an active vendor record in SAM.gov, be a small business under the identified NAICS code and NOT have any exclusions such as a delinquent federal debt or debarment. The solicitation number assigned to this requirement is 140P5126R0007. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to the firm that provides the best value, without discussions in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have valid UEI number and be registered with System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). SAM.gov offers free services. An offeror must ensure that they are self-certified under NAICS Code 238160 in the Representations and Certifications portion of SAM.gov. Davis Bacon prevailing wages for Catoosa County, Georgia will apply for this requirement. See attachment 004 or GA20260319 on WDOL.gov will apply. SITE VISIT INFORMATION: A site visit will be held on Tuesday, 28 April 2026 at 12pm (EDT). Anthony Saieva will be the point of contact managing the site visit and can be contacted at 423-298-5323 for site visit information only.
