ALL OTHER TERMS AND CODNITIONS TO REMAIN THE SAME. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This is an Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) fixed price solicitation. Information is provided for the following to remove and install an electronic gate with card access at the entrance of the Baca Community School, in Prewitt, New Mexico, in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) herein. Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) intends to solicit licensed Contractors to provide Construction Services for the removal and installation of an electronic entrance gate with card reader. The Contractor shall furnish supervision, labor, and equipment, materials, insurance, and transportation to provide Construction Services to complete repair and improvement project specified under the Statement of Work (SOW) herein. This strategy allows us to award a contract. On-site Visit: All interested contractors shall meet government personnel on March 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Baca Community School, coordinate your attendance with stanley.henderson@bie.edu, cc�d maryjane.johnson@bie.edu and dawn.sekayumptewa@bie.edu, by emailing a list of all attendees from your company.
