Description
This is an INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE only. This is an intent to sole source notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This announcement constitutes the notice of intent to sole source and synopsis of proposed action. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to issue a sole-source contract under the authority of this non-competitive acquisition as implemented by 41 USC §3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code § 8127(c), as implemented by FAR 6.302-5 (Authorized or Required by Statute) using sole source procedures authorized in VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 819.7008 (Deviation), to PACIFIC COAST CONTRACTING GROUP, located at 180 PROMENADE CIR Suite 300, Sacramento, California 95834. Services will consist of a base plus four option year contract period from 04/15/2026 04/14/2031.
