Description
AMENDMENT 0001 This acquisition is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Onwed Small Businesses (SDVOSB) Solicitation # 12FPC426Q0022 is amended to make the following changes: 1. To revise the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Attachment 1). The attached Revised solicitation replaces the original issued solicitation attachment. Vendors should use the Rev 1 copy in preparion of their quote package. 2. To change the original Period of Performance from 04/01/2026 - 03/31/2027 to 04/15/2026 - 04/14/20027. 3. To include period for submission of vendor Questions on the requirement. All Questions must be submitted by 03/26/2026 at 12:00pm to Chanda.Sow@usda.gov and Oksana.Strekha@usda.gov. A consolidated Questins and Answers will be posted to SAM.gov or vendor review on 03/27/2026 if applicable. 4. To extend the quote submission due date for receipt of vendor offers. The due date is changed from 03/26/2026 to 03/30/2023 at 12:00pm EST. Solicitation number 12FPC426Q0022 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Janitorial Services for Mayaguez, PR (3 Buildings) This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720 � Janitorial Services. The small business size standard is 22 million.
