This is NOT a REQUEST FOR QUOTE, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. Additionally, this announcement does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The Government will not assume any costs for preparing or submitting information in response to this announcement. This is a notice of intent to sole source Veeder Root fuel system monitoring components to be installed at Building 1167, Schofield Barracks, Oahu, HI, an Exchange operated retail fuel service/express station.
