Description
The 88th Medical Group at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, has a requirement for non-personal Medical-Grade Water Quality Testing Services to support its Sterile Processing Department (SPD) and Hemodialysis ward. Services include specialized clinical water quality testing to ensure absolute compliance with ANSI/AAMI/ISO medical-grade standards. Bidders must provide all necessary personnel, testing kits, materials, laboratory analysis, and shipping required to perform AAMI Water Chemical Analysis, LAL Endotoxin Testing, and Fluid Balance Testing. Set-Aside: 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside NAICS Code: 541380 (Testing Laboratories and Services) � Size Standard: $19.0M PSC: Q301 (Laboratory Testing Services) Period of Performance: One (1) 12-Month Base Year (beginning 15 July 2026) plus four (4) consecutive 12-Month Option Years.
