Description

See attached RFQ. The purpose of this Amendment is to add the following information: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation document, and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through (FAC) 2026-01. The RFQ number associated with this combined synopsis/solicitation is # DJA-26-ASOD-PR-0088. All questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted in writing and sent via email to Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov and Courtney.Wiggins@atf.gov shall reference the RFQ # DJA-26-ASOD-PR-0088. All questions shall be received by 12:00PM EST on May 1, 2026. Questions received after the stated time and date will not be addressed. Telephonic requests or inquiries will not be accepted. All quotes are due on May 4, 2026, at 5:00PM EST and sent via email to Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov and Courtney.Wiggins@atf.gov shall reference the RFQ # DJA-26-ASOD-PR-0088 quote received after the stated date and time will not be accepted or evaluated. The contractor/awardee must comply with provisions and clauses/terms & conditions (T&Cs) incorporated herein via full text and by reference.
