Interested parties are reminded that they are responsible for checking FedBizOpps for new information concerning this requirement. Any communications with the Government from the date of this solicitation through award shall be directed in writing to the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO), Ms. Christina G. Fernandez. System for Award Management (SAM) Requirements: Offerors must be registered in the SAM database no later than 1 November 2019.
