Description
SOLE SOURCE ANNOUNCEMENT - J&A is attached 1. Introduction The USACE Seattle District intends to award a sole source contract to the Lincoln County Sheriff�s Office (LCSO). 2. Description of Services This contract is for daily law enforcement of civil and criminal laws of the State and County, including investigations of and to enforcement of State boating laws in and immediately adjacent to project lands and recreation facilities within Lincoln County, Montana. The NAICS code is 561612. 3. Authority FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. (1) For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. 4. No solicitation package will be issued. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider responses received by 10:00 AM Pacific Time on 25 January 2021. Inquiries will only be accepted via email to Geraldine.L.Kemp@usace.army.mil. No telephone requests will be honored. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
