This is not a solicitation announcement. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) Contracting Division, is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources for the purchase of: Skin Protectant, Cavilon Advanced, 3M. Quotes are not being solicited at this time. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought. This Sources Sought Notice does not obligate the VA to release a solicitation. Vendors are required to address the following questions to be considered a viable source for future needs. Are you the manufacturer of Skin Protectant, Cavilon Advanced, 3M? Yes or No Where is the place of manufacturing? What is your business size Small, Large, SDVOSB, VOSB? 2. If not the manufacturer: Can you provide a letter of authorization directly from the OEM to distribute the Skin Protectant, Cavilon Advanced, 3M? Yes or No Where is the place of manufacturing? What is your business size Small, Large, SDVOSB, VOSB? Any responses to this sources sought must include answers to all of the above questions in order to adequately assess the capabilities of the marketplace.
