Description
SCOPE: EOVAHCS requires a contractor to provide equipment that meets or exceeds the physical, functional, and performance of the listed salient characteristics in the following sections. The equipment features are essential to the technical requirements to meet the department's needs and account for retrofitting an existing structure.
