Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a small business set-aside under NAICS Code 336611. NOTE: Target dry dock entry date is 23-March-2026. Any contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be DO rated order certified for national defense, emergency preparedness, and energy program use under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) (15 CFR700), and the Contractor will be required to follow all of the requirements of this regulation. ************************************************* Amendment 0001 - Incorporate SB 869 Service Weights. ************************************************* Amendment 0002 - Revise Statement of Work as indicated by red text. ************************************************* Amendment 0003 - Extend receipt of offers.
