Description
This Request for Information (RFI), 15BNAS26RFI000014, is issued by the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP). The BOP is seeking information from vendors capable of providing an evidence-based Career/Work Readiness Certificate Program (CWRCP) designed for adult learners in a correctional setting. The program must include classroom-based instruction and paper-based testing (PBT), align with College and Career Readiness Standards supported by the U.S. Department of Education, support the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), and culminate in a portable, employer-recognized credential certifying skill attainment. The proposed acquisition is classified under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 611710 � Educational Support Services. All submissions shall be sent via e-mail and attachments shall be provided in Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF). Questions will not be answered after COB Wednesday, March 11, 2026.
