Description
The United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a solicitation intended to result in a five-year, firm-fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with first delivery order for the procurement of the following item. Noun: M256A2 Chemical Agent Detector Kit NSN: 6665-01-563-7473 Part Number: 5-77-3497 Unit of Issue: Kits (KT) First Delivery Order: 11,602 KT Estimated Quantity for First Ordering Year: 25,000 KT Estimated Quantity for Second through Fifth Ordering Years: 12,000 KT First Article Testing is required unless waived. There is an export-controlled Technical Data Package (TDP), Distribution Code C, associated with this solicitation. Access to the export-controlled documents requires a current DD 2345. Obtaining an approved DD 2345 may take up to 10 weeks. Once approved, the Data Custodian listed on the DD 2345 may request access to the controlled documents via this posting. Interested parties shall submit one copy of their offer, in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation, to the point of contact identified on this posting no later than 22 April 2026 at 3:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). All offers submitted in response to this solicitation shall be valid for a minimum of 180 calendar days following the offer due date. All questions regarding this solicitation or its associated documents shall be made in writing, directed to the point of contact identified on this posting. The intended solicitation, and any amendments, will be issued electronically. The Government is under no obligation, and is in fact unable, to maintain a mailing list. Interested parties shall periodically access SAM.gov in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal. NOTICE TO ALL CONTRACTORS: All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
