The Defense Commissary Agency (DECA) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to provide Manual Price Shopping Services. DeCA requires the services of a contractor with specialized expertise and experience in conducting Manual Price Shopping Services across all departments including fresh and scannable items at DeCA commissaries n the contiguous United States (CONUS) and outside the contiguous United States (OCONUS) at the following locations: Alaska and Hawaii. Manual price shopping involves the physical verification of Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) and Product Look-Up (PLU) prices. The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 541910 and the business size standard is $22.5 million. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
