Description
In accordance with FAR 12.102(a), this Notice of Intent is to inform all parties the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 located at 6162 South Willow Drive Suite 300, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 intends to award a sole source procurement for the following requirement to small business, WoundVision LLC, located at 10585 North Meridian ST. The period of performance will be as follows: Base year: December 15, 2025, through December 14, 2026. Option Year 1: December 15, 2026, through December 14, 2027 Option Year 2: December 15, 2027, through December 14, 2028 Option Year 3: December 15, 2028, through December 14, 2029 Option Year 4: December 15, 2029, through December 14, 2030 Scout WoundVision software subscription and hardware, includes the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) subscription access, application and technical support, factory-authorized updates, preventive and corrective maintenance, parts, labor, and remote telephone support for the Scout WoundVision System. The required subscription and services are proprietary to WoundVision, the (OEM). The software is proprietary and only accessible through the OEM. Additionally, the hardware requires service and maintenance performed exclusively by OEM-trained professionals. All replacement parts and software must be certified new from WoundVision. No third-party vendor can provide subscription access, OEM parts, or OEM-authorized service for these systems. FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services and FAR 52.217-9 Option to Extend Term of Contract both apply to this requirement. The associated North America Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 541519 and the Business Size Standard is 150 employees. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 16:00 PM Mountain Standard Time, December 01, 2025. Information received in response to this notice must clearly demonstrate the capability of meeting the Government s need as stated above. Include any relevant information (specifications, cut sheets, brochures, capability statement, etc.) confirming the ability to supply the products and/or any services outlined in this notice. Responses to this notice are to be sent to natasha.holland@va.gov. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government is not responsible for any potential costs incurred from interested parties desiring to respond to this notice.
