Description
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), John D. Dingell Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Detroit MI, 48201 is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price service contract on the Uronav DynaCad 5 System, Neurology Applications, MRI coils covering, UroNav Biopsy System, Software server, and the UroNav Fusion Biopsy covering, but not limited to: Immediate access to remote applications & tech support, on-site application training, System SW tune-up service on Invivo Software, upgrades for Invivo Software, parts and factory repair labor cost for defective systems, transporting/receiving systems back after repair, and next day delivery for smart set of field replacement parts - located at the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI 48201. NAICS Code 811210, size standard $34.0 million. The Government intends, in accordance with FAR 6.302.1 (only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to negotiate on a sole source basis with Philips Healthcare (3000 Minuteman Road M/S 400, Andover, MA 01810-1099), for this procurement due to the proprietary nature of the hardware, software, and firmware of this system. UroNav DynaCad 5 System will provide all necessary labor, management, supervision, technical skills, quality control, materials, software and equipment necessary for the maintenance of the 3D Reconstruction System, Neurology applications (including the MRI coils) and the UroNav Biopsy Equipment located at the John Dingell VA Medical Center 4646 John R St. Detroit, MI 48201, for the period of April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022 which includes 4 option years in strict accordance with the statement of work, all schedules, and terms and conditions of the resultant contract. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses must be received by 4:30 EST on 03/26/2026.
