Description
General Dynamics Electric Boat, Groton, Connecticut, was awarded a Cost-Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF) modification to a previously awarded order under the Submarine Parts BOA (N00024-22-G-4304) for the procurement of initial spares in support of Virginia Class submarine CNO availabilities. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut, and is expected to be completed by March 2030. This contract action was awarded as a CPFF contract as circumstances do not allow for the requirements to be defined sufficiently to support a fixed-price type contract. This contract action was not awarded competitively. This contract was awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1 �Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� The information contained in the annoucement is unclassified.
