Description

The Department of Justice, Justice Management Division, Office of Acquisition Management, hereby submits a notice of intent to award a commercial, sole source, no-cost contract for analyzing related data regarding election integrity to VenaResources USG, Inc., 8208 Melrose Drive, Lenexa, Kansas 66214. Period of Performance will be from December 15, 2025, through January 14, 2026. The company shall provide technical, accounting and analyst capability to reconcile election information, including but not limited to ballots, registrations, and other past election data as it becomes available resulting in the delivery of a Comprehensive Written Report. The total estimated value of the Contract is estimated to be around $0.00. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from competing this requirement based upon the application of FAR 6.103-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements and is based upon market research. Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government, would not be cost or time prohibitive, and would not hinder the mission objective of the Department. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
