The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers � New England District is issuing a Pre-Solicitation Notice for Streambank Stabilization, Old Route 30, Townshend Lake, Townshend, VT QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to stabilize three hundred and ten feet (310�) of streambank along the West River, located in Townshend, VT. This streambank restoration will follow the standard practices in the Vermont Rivers and Roads Field Manual. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 238910 with a Small Business Size Standard of $19 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED.
