EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 22, 2023: The government has posted Amendment No. 0001 hereunder this Notice (please refer to the Attachments Section). ************************************************************************************************************************************************** NOTICE TO BIDDERS (FEBRUARY 21, 2023): Please be advised an amendment is forthcoming to provide a new ProjNet bidder inquiry key, which is planned for issuance on February 22, 2023. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************** Under this Solicitation Notice, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District issues Solicitation No. W912P623B0004 for bidding purposes. Therefore, provided hereunder is the relevant bid package for the construction project entitled, "Appleton Lower Dam Gates 1-5 Replacement in Outagamie County, Appleton, Wisconsin on the Fox River." PROJECT INFORMATION: This project will include the replacement of tainter gates 1-5 at Appleton Lower Dam. The exisiting will be removed and newly fabricated gates installed. The North American Industry System Classification Code is 237990, with a small business size standard in dollars of $39.5 Million.
