Description
This requirement is for Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT) support services on behalf of CNSP. and is anticipated to be solicited as a SDVOSB set-aside among the SeaPort NxG MAC holders. This advanced notice is provided for planning purposes only. The Government�s requirement may change at any time. DO NOT submit proposals in response to notice. This notice is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. The Navy will not assume liability for costs incurred by a company for preparation or efforts in regard to this notice; therefore, any cost in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government.
