Description
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and other items and services necessary to ensure snow and Ice removal is performed at the Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory, 72 Lyme Road, Hanover, NH in a manner that will maintain clear and safe roads and pathways in the winter, and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance.
