Description
1. The Department of Defense, United States Air Force (USAF), Air Force Material Command (AFMC), Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Services Management Office (PZZ) has reserved Tuesday, 8 January 2019 and Wednesday, 9 January 2019 as Industry Day order to meet with potential offerors on the upcoming acquisition for Eglin AFB Backshop Aircraft Maintenance support. Location and tentative schedule is as follows: Northwest Florida State College (NWFSC) 100 East College Blvd, Bldg 400, Room 308 Niceville, FL 32578 Day 1*: Briefings in the A.M. - Lunch Break - Tour the Backshop facilities** Day 2: One-on-One meeting *Start time is 9 A.M. **The Government will provide transportation to and from NWFSC to Eglin AFB Backshop facilities. 2. If you are interested in attending you must submit a "Registration Form" no later than 30 December 2018 to allow for holiday schedule delays. Registration forms shall be submitted electronically to the following e-mail address: june.crockett@us.af.mil. Please let us know if you are interested in a 30 minute one-on-one session with the Government to be conducted on Day 2. On 4 January 2019, we will notify each representative of the assigned meeting time for their organization/team. 3. Interested offerors are encouraged to discuss the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this announcement and any technical concerns during the one-on-one meeting. The goals of Industry Days are to provide as much information as possible, show potential offeror's the unique site conditions, to receive industry's input and conduct market research.
