THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THERE WILL NOT BE A SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS, OR DRAWINGS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. IT HAS YET TO BE DETERMINED WHETHER THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION AND PLANNING PURPOSES AND DOES NOT COMMIT THE GOVERNMENT TO A FUTURE FORMAL SOLICITATION. **The sources sought that was originally posted on 15 December 2017 is being modified to change the contract number herein due to a clerical error. The contract number is changed from N00604-17-P-4016 to N00604-17-P-4061** The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor (FLCPH), Regional Contracting Department intends to establish a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) single award to a 8(a) Contractor. The government is seeking a contractor to provide various Information System (IS) operational and technical services for the Maritime Operations Center (MOC) and the Theater- Joint Force Maritime Component Commander (T- JFMCC) at the U.S. Pacific Fleet Headquarters (COMPACFLT or CPF), HI. The Contractor shall provide various CPF technical and operations services to CPF, MOC and T-JFMCC in accordance with DoD security, governance and technical policies and within defined DoD approved networks and configuration such as Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET or NIPR), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET or SIPR), NGEN and the Global Video Service (GVS). The base performance period is anticipated to be 01 May 2018 through 30 April 2019, with 3 one-year option periods thereafter. This requirement is projected to be a competitive 8(a) set-aside based on the results from the market research conducted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services and Federal Supply Code/Product Service Code is D399 – IT and Telecom- other IT and Telecommunications. This requirement is a follow-on effort with a revised PWS. The requirement is currently performed under N00604-17-P-4061 with Prosis Hawaii, LLC. The current contract resulted from an direct 8(a) award utilizing FAR Part 19.8. It is currently being administered by FLCPH (1942 Gaffney Street, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, 96860). A request for a complete quote package will be available for download on or about 01 February 2018 at the following websites: http://www.neco.navy.mil and https://www.fbo.gov/. The purpose of the sources sought is to gather company data from interested parties to support the contract specialist in the development of an acquisition strategy.
