Requirement Overview The acquisition covers NSN 5970-00-788-4901. For this item, the Government holds rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no restrictions related to technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing. Contract Structure Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Weapons Support proposes a fixed-price contract with annual price adjustment provisions for the out-year pricing. The resulting long-term indefinite quantity contract will include: � One-year base period. � Four single year option period. � Shipments to various military depot locations within established minimum and maximum quantity limits, on an as-needed basis.
