THIS NOTICE IS PUBLISHED FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY AND IN NO WAY OBLIGATES THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION OR OTHERWISE MAKE A CONTRACT AWARD. Any and all information submitted in response to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this notice and shall become the property of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization�s qualifications to perform the work. Telephonic inquiries will NOT be accepted. Please make sure to respond to this RFI in writing. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After a review of the responses received, DTRA may issue a synopsis and a Request for Proposal (RFP). However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation which may be published in the future. Background/ Capabilities Sought: DTRA�s mission is to provide cross-cutting solutions to enable the DoD, the United States Government, and international partners to deter strategic attack against the United States and its allies; prevent, reduce, and counter weapons of mass destruction (WMD) emerging threats; and prevail against WMD-armed adversaries in crisis and conflict. The Information Management and Technology (IT) Directorate�s (ITD) mission is to provide enabling and secure technologies, applications, and services anywhere and anytime to its workforce, mission partners, and external customers to effectively deliver relevant data, information, and situational awareness to successfully perform the counter WMD and emerging threats mission. DTRA has a requirement for integrated communications support to assist the implementation and adoption of new technologies and digital mandates across the Agency�s workforce through implementation plans and messages that are easily understandable by stakeholders and clearly traceable to DTRA�s mission support activities. At times, DTRA may also require support in creating graphics to convey a lot of technical information succinctly. Vendor Response: Vendors are invited to submit written capabilities to the Government in the form of a brochure or brief description: 1. To express interest in requirements detailed in Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement; 2. Identify any aspects of the requirements/capabilities that cannot be met and/or any issues/concerns with the requirements as stated. Please reference the attached PWS. Vendor responses should also include the following information: 1. Company name, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, and Unique Entity Identification (UEI) number. 2. Name of authorized company representative(s) with title(s), mailing address, phone number(s), and e-mail address(es). 3. Suggested NAICS codes for the requirement. 4. If the vendor is on any Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) please include the GWAC name and vendor contract number. 3. If the vendor is a small business concern, please identify the socio-economic category. Confidentiality: No classified or confidential information should be included in your response. The Government reserves the right to use any non-proprietary technical information in any resultant solicitation(s). Any proprietary information should be clearly marked.
