Network Contracting Office (NCO) 15, Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) Contracting Division, is conducting market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources for the purchase of: ITEM NUMBER DESCRIPTION LOCAL PART NUMBER QTY UNIT OF MEASURE MANUFACTURER CORRESPONDS TO MACHINE MODEL 0001 MAILER, SPRINT SIDEPOUCH, 13X11.5, 2.5MIL, 1,350/case. 1394835/101206555 360 CS Autobag product of Automated Packaging Systems/Sealed Air Sprint Auto Packer 0002 MAILER, AUTOBAG 550, 12X14, 2.5 MIL, 1,400/case. 101298706 1224 CS Autobag product of Automated Packaging Systems/Sealed Air AutoBag 550 Semi-Auto Packer Quotes are not being solicited at this time. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought. This Sources Sought Notice does not obligate the VA to release a solicitation. Vendors are required to address the following questions to be considered a viable source for future needs. Are you the manufacturer of the autobag or sidepouch mailer? Yes or No What is the manufacturer product number? Where is the place of manufacturing? What is your business size Small, Large, SDVOSB, VOSB? 2. If not the manufacturer: Can you provide a letter of authorization directly from the OEM to distribute the mailers? Yes or No Who is the manufacturer? What is the manufacturer product number? Where is the place of manufacturing? If you have product on GSA are the specific items on your schedule? If so, what is the item number on your schedule? Is there a lead time to get this product? If so, what is the typical lead time? What is your business size Small, Large, SDVOSB, VOSB? Any responses to this sources sought must include answers to all of the above questions in order to adequately assess the capabilities of the marketplace in relation to the requirements of this procurement.
