The FY26 Beaufort, MCAS Beaufort Pay-As-Cut Timber Sale (Contract No. N40085-26-RP-00158) is located on Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort, Beaufort, South Carolina. This is a pay-as-cut timber sale designed to expedite the harvest of timber for construction projects and/or silvicultural work with a short completion time and/or logistical difficulties due to location or training conflicts. This is a pay-as-cut timber sale with a firm-fixed unit price. Bids shall be prepared in accordance with the IFB and Standard Form 114 (Sale of Government Property -- Bid and Award). Bids are due no later than 2:00 P.M. on Friday, June 5, 2026, and shall be submitted in a sealed envelope labeled SEALED BID, Timber Sale, N40085-26-RP-00158 addressed to: FEAD Beaufort Marine Corps Air Station Beaufort Building 616 Public Works Beaufort, SC 29904 Sealed bids will be received for the purchase and removal of Timber located on Marine Corps Station Beaufort, South Carolina. Bids will be opened publicly at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, June 5, 2026, and read at the office of NAVFAC MIDLANT-FEAD, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Beaufort, Building 616, Beaufort, SC, 29904. This is per unit /ton sale. Inspection of the timber offered for sale and removal is invited and strongly encouraged. Please refer to the Invitation For Bid (IFB) for additional information regarding this timber sale as well as all attached documents. All work in this contract shall be completed as set forth in the IFB Document.
