Solicitation 6923G226Q000017 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Renovation of the Women�s Locker Rooms at Tomb Memorial Field, United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA). The combined synopsis/solicitation will result in a firm-fixed-price (FFP) construction service contract. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business sources may submit a response which, if timely received, will be considered by the agency. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 for Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with dollar threshold below $45 Million. The USMMA seeks a qualified and experienced contractor to perform renovations and repairs at the Tomb Memorial Field Women's Locker Rooms in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). A Site-Visit is scheduled for 6/15/2026 at 10AM-EST at the Tomb Memorial Field�s Women Locker Rooms. The deadline for the receipt of questions is 6PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on June 18th.
