The licenses are required to support FMCS's existing Adobe software environment, user workflows, document management needs, and creative design requirements. This requirement is for commercial software license subscriptions. Interested SDVOSB vendors must be authorized and capable of providing the required Adobe products and must be registered in SAM.gov. Vendors must also be certified SDVOSB concerns and small under the NAICS code assigned to this solicitation. Offerors shall review all attachments and submit a complete quote in accordance with the solicitation instructions. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and represents the best value to the Government, considering price and any stated evaluation factors.
