The Hawaii Army National Guard�s 298th Multi-Functional Training Regiment has a requirement for a contractor to comprehensive dining facility (DFAC) operations, to include the preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the 298th MFTR Dining Facility (DFAC), Building 712, located at 711 Tinker Road, Waimanalo, Hawaii 96795.
