Under this notice, the United States Army Corps of Engineers - Chicago District is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to remodel/upgrade the admin wing and bathrooms at the fish barrier: paint walls, install floor and wall tile, install toilet partitions, and install a vanity..****GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS:In this acquisition The Government is seeking vendors interested in remodeling/upgrading the admin wing and bathrooms at the fish barrier: paint walls, install floor and wall tile, install toilet partitions, and install a vanity.In order to submit a quote, your firm must register with sam.gov, as a pre-requirement to do business with the federal government and prior to registering with the DoD Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE)system. Your firm must register with PIEE in order to access the solicitation and must submit quote responses in PIEE. Use the PIEE System Registration link:- https://piee.eb.mil, and follow the instructions on their website. Contact the PIEE helpdesk if you have any issues.****The only authorized transmission method for quote responses to this request for quote is electronically via PIEE online submission. NO OTHER TRANSMISSION METHODS (EMAIL, FACSIMILE, REGULAR MAIL, HAND CARRIED, ETC.) WILL BE ACCEPTED. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and the Government will not reimburse any quoters for their submission.****DUE DATE AND TIME: The Contractor submittal packages must be received by the USACE- Chicago District Office no later than 1:00 PM (Central Time) on Dec 22, 2025. Please reference the subject solicitation number on all correspondence. Detailed submittal requirements are contained in the Solicitation document. Estimated Award Date - January 2026. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services.****NOTICE TO POTENTIALBIDDERS/OFFERORS: In accordance with DFARS 204.7302, Contractors and subcontractors are required to provide adequate security on all covered contractor information systems.Contractors are required to implement National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication (SP) 800-171 by inclusion of clause at 252.204-7012, Safeguarding Covered Defense Information and Cyber incident Reporting, are required at time of award to have at least a Basic NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment that is current (i.e., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation).SPRS provides storage and access to the NIST SP800-171 assessment scoring information.
