THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. REQUESTS FOR A SOLICITATION WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE. This Request for Information (RFI) is in support of Market Research being conducted by the United States Air Force to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet for a B-2 Performance Based Logistics (PBL) for Constrained End Item Repair that is a Public, Private Partnership (PPP), hereafter known as B-2 PBL/PPP within this RFI. This is not a Request for Proposal (or solicitation) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. The government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market research. No funds are available to fund the information being solicited and contractors will not be reimbursed for providing a response to this RFI. Responding to this RFI is voluntary and not mandatory. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. The information in this notice is current as of the publication date but is subject to change and is not binding to the Government. Oral submissions of information are not acceptable. There may be future RFIs and notice will be posted on sam.gov to notify the public of the ongoing market research. This RFI is issued for the purpose of communicating B-2 PBL/PPP to industry. The Government intends to use information gathered from these interactions to gain awareness of capabilities, determine interested parties, and to support formulation of an acquisition strategy. Early industry involvement in creating a properly scaled enterprise solution is critical to the success of this contemplated acquisition, with the goal of providing AFSC/PZAAC and its customers superior and cost-effective support. All responses must be in writing with responses via email to the POC listed in the RFI and this notice: no telephone calls or facsimile will be accepted for responses. All responses must be received not later than 4:00 pm Central Time Zone, 13 Nov 2025. Contractors not responding to this RFI will not be precluded from participating in any future solicitation or RFIs, if issued
