Page 3 of 3 This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for the purpose of identifying potential sources for a future requirement and does not constitute a solicitation. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. All information received in response to this notice will be treated as proprietary and will not be shared with other interested parties. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought notice. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This Sources Sought Notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract. The Eastern Oklahoma VA Health Care System (EOVAHCS), James Mountain Inhofe VA Medical Center, requires a contractor to supply thirty (30) complete First Receiver decontamination PAPR systems with ninety (90) spare filters and associated components that meet or exceed the critical minimum requirements as well as the specifications in this SOW. The contractor will be required to supply Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR), Replacement Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) Filter Cartridges, and Alkaline Battery Packs, to help in the protection of VA medical facility staff responding to incidents involving contaminated patients seeking care following releases of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) agents and delivered by 15 July 2026.
