Description

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has a substantial responsibility to provide information, integrated communications toolkits, and other various resources to external and internal CMS stakeholders, CMS beneficiaries, consumers, and the public. The presidential priority to Make America Healthy Again, and related agency priorities to crush fraud, empower beneficiaries, incentivize providers, and align spending and values, increase the need to raise awareness among CMS stakeholders and coordinate internally about the purpose and benefits of CMS programs, policies, and initiatives. With that in mind, this contract aims to provide broad operational and technical support to the CMS/Office of Communications/Integrated Communications Management Staff (ICMS) related to the objectives, tasks, and goals of the group. This support includes, but is not limited to: 1. Obtaining strategic development and implementation support for overall management with various internal and external stakeholders. 2. Support various CMS campaigns and initiatives; 3. Support various conferences/meetings/gatherings and provide logistics and CMS materials, and 4. Support various other technical and operational functions of the office.
