Description
The contract provides qualified group exercise instructors to conduct a variety of fitness classes (aerobics, indoor cycling, strength training, etc.) at the Spangdahlem Fitness Center. Classes are designed to improve the fitness, strength, and flexibility of participants. See attached PWS for in-depth description of required service
