Presolicitation Notice Presolicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Pre-Solicitation Notice *=Required Field Presolicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes.� Solicitation, 36C24626Q0613, will be issued on or about 10 June 2026.The Fayetteville VAMC has a requirement for a The Contractor shall provide full-service Parking Attendant and Shuttle Operations to improve access, reduce congestion, and ensure safe transportation for Veterans at the following locations: Fayetteville Health Care Center (HCC), Fayetteville VA Medical Center (VAMC), and Wilmington Health Care Center (HCC). Provide seamless valet-style parking and shuttle transportation with continuous coverage during required hours. Performance Standards (Embedded): Operations available 100 percent of scheduled hours. No Veteran waits more than 5 minutes for parking assistance or shuttle boarding. Contractor staff greet all Veterans courteously upon approach. The applicable NAICS Code is 812930 Parking Lots and Garages with a size standard of $41.5 Million.� All correspondence and responses shall be via e-mail to Patsy.Simpson@va.gov.
