Description
The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) awarded a task order under General Services Administration (GSA) OASIS+ Small Business: 10108 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) base contract 47QRCA25DS151 to Toeroek Associates, Inc. (Cage: 0X149) located at 300 Union Blvd Ste 520 Lakewood, CO 80228-6500, for Naval Treaty Implementation Program (NTIP). Tasks to be performed include arms control implementation and compliance functions for all of applicable treaties to include the Chemical Weapons Convention, Biological Weapons Convention, U.S.-International Atomic Energy Agency Integrated Safeguards, Conventional Arms Control, and other operational requirements without specific provision in Title 10 United States Code but that are requirements of the United States Government, Department of Defense, or international initiatives. Additionally, the contractor shall provide strategic analysis and research, exercise development and staffing, and program management support for NTIP. NTIP is a matrix support organization where each team member supports other teams. This contract also benefits a foreign military sale to the United Kingdom. The awarded task order contains a base year effort for Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 and includes four (4) option year periods for FYs 2027 through FY 2030. The awarded task order contains Level-of-Effort (LOE) Line Items on a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) basis. Each LOE line items covers a twelve (12) month period of performance and includes an option provision to increase the LOE up to thirty percent (30%), in accordance with SSP terms and conditions. The award and effective date for this action was 1 October 2025. This notice is posted in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.301. This NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITVE PROPOSALS.
