Description
Pre-Solicitation Synopsis W9127N26BA013 Yaquina River Clamshell Dredging 2026 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) NO. W9127N26BA013 for Yaquina River Clamshell Dredging 2026. The dredging project includes three mandatory line items located throughout the Yaquina River downstream of Toledo, OR. Clamshell dredging is required by this contract. Material placement will be designated ocean disposal sites. The total approximate scope is 850,000 cubic yards depending on project needs and funding availability. The overall period of performance will be from 01 July 2026 through 31 October 2026 for physical completion of all work. The forthcoming solicitation is subject to the availability of funds. The solicitation will be available for download on or about 11 May 2026 with bids due 30 days after advertisement. This procurement is anticipated to be solicited as unrestricted, full and open competition. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237990. The small business size standard is $37 million. The magnitude of construction is more than $10,000,000. A pre-solicitation conference is scheduled for 26 March 2026 at 9:30 am Pacific Time via Webex teleconference. To participate, contact the Contract Specialist, Julia Carlton (Julia.b.carlton2.civ@usace.army.mil) and Contracting Officer, Brandon Lasich (Brandon.m.lasich@usace.army.mil), by 24 March 2026 at 1:00 pm Pacific Time for meeting information and provide the names and email addresses of the individuals who will be attending. Call-in information will be provided to attendees via email at least one day prior to the scheduled call. This industry conference is for market research and planning purposes. This is not a solicitation. This notice is not an invitation for bids and any bids received as a result of this pre-solicitation notice will not be accepted or evaluated. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this pre-solicitation notice or any follow-up information request.
