This is the FINAL solicitation for the HCaTS SB Pool 1 On-Ramp. Offerors must follow the instructions set forth in Section L of the solicitation number 47QREB-19-R-0001 to be considered for award. The solicitation will only be available for download through the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov/. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring FBO for amendments or additional information. All interested Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to receiving an award. ************************ Solicitation Questions: Due Date: All questions must be received no later than January 21, 2019 at 6:00 PM EST. The HCaTS family of contracts have proven to be a significant step forward in supporting our customers and improving acquisition efficiency and effectiveness in the Federal Government. This on-ramp is being conducted to increase participation, expand competition, and promote socio-economic diversity within HCaTS SB Pool 1. Currently, HCaTS SB Pool 1 has 11 industry partners and the GSA HCaTS Program plans to on-ramp approximately 30 new contractors to include small businesses with socio-economic status of HUBZone Small Business, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Woman-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), and 8(a) Small Business (8(a) SB). The services solicited include: customized Training and Development Services, Human Capital Strategy Services, and Organizational Performance Improvement.
