Description

PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) intends to negotiate a sole source contract for one-year no options to Press Ganey, Associates for the purpose of providing National Database for Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI) services. The procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, in Houston, TX has a requirement for a contractor to provide National Database for Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI) services for the Michael E. DeBakey VAMC located in Houston, Texas. Based on market research, and previous acquisition history, it has been determined that Press Ganey Associates, LLC is the only vendor capable of providing all the required National Database for Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI) services. This notice is being distributed solely through the General Services Administration's website at https://sam.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of: Oney Kelly, email address: oney.kelly@va.gov, no later than Tuesday, April 07, 2026 at 13:00 cst (Central Time). Only emailed responses will be considered. Information received will be utilized solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is at the sole discretion of the Government.
