Description
In accordance with FAR Part 10, this notice is a Request for Information (RFI) to assist The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Public Affairs Office (PA) in conducting market research to identify interested vendors capable of providing public affairs, media relations, and multimedia production services. DTRA-PA facilitates internal and external communication matters for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency. PA is the principal point of contact for news media interactions and the public release of information, serving as the official voice of the Agency. II. Scope DTRA is seeking to acquire specialized public affairs, media relations, and multimedia production services to enhance DTRA's ability to communicate its mission, activities, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders, including the public, media, interagency partners, and international allies. The contractor shall provide a team of highly skilled and security-cleared professionals to support the DTRA Public Affairs Office in delivering comprehensive communication support services. The Labor Categories (LCATs) anticipated for this effort are; Senior Copy Editor, Senior Webmaster, Scriptwriter, Digital Content Creator, Senior Media Manager, Narrator Voice Over. Interested parties must have experience working in the DoD space and must possess a DoD SECRET clearance. III. Information Sought This is a Request for Information (RFI) and is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. The intent of this notice is to identify socio-economic 8 (a) vendors capable of performing this planned requirement. Other small businesses are open to submit their capabilities as well. Respondents should provide the following information: Company name, size and socioeconomic status, and CAGE Code. A description of the organization, its core competencies, and relevant experience and qualifications. A brief description of the capabilities to address PA�s requirement. If you object to the NAICS code selected for this notice, identify an alternative NAICS code you believe would be more appropriate for this requirement. IV. Submission Instructions Responses should be submitted by email to the identified point of contact (POC) and address all requested information. The POC is Ms. Michelle Etienne at michelle.etienne.civ@mail.mil and Ms. Carrie Lucas at carrie.a.lucas3.civ@mail.mil. All responses must be received no later than 12:00 PM EDT, 5 December 2025. V. The Government reserves the right to issue a solicitation or not issue a solicitation, including terminating this announcement, without any other notice, at any time. Request for solicitation will not be responded to and no contracts shall be awarded on the responses received. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse contractors for any costs associated with responding to this RFI.
