Description
This Presolicitation Notice is posted in accordance with FAR 5.201. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to competitively procure Alteration and Installation Support Services for Support Equipment and Aircraft Launch and Recovery Equipment at Shipboard and Shore Site locations. This will be a 100% small business set-aside procurement. This competitive, 100% small business set-aside procurement will be conducted using the best value source selection approach. The Government anticipates evaluating the offers based on technical and past performance factors. Contracts will be Cost Plus Fixed Fee Multiple Award contracts to all successful offerors. All volumes of the proposal will be submitted electronically through the Solicitation Module of the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Registration in the Department of Defense DoD System for Award Management (SAM) database will be a prerequisite for receiving an award. For more information on the SAM, refer to the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.
