Description
The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to Astronics Test Systems, Inc. for commercial supplies in support of Marine Depot Maintenance Command. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, as only one responsible source is capable of meeting the Government�s requirements. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations or proposals. Please see attached Notice of Intent and J&A.
